Ashoka Change Nation was a three day conference event held in landmark venues across Dublin, to help establish 50 proven businesses led by social entrepreneurs.

The solutions to many of the world’s most pressing social challenges already exist – but they have not been brought to scale. This project, an initiative of Ashoka Ireland, brought the people behind 50 of these solutions to Dublin for three days of conversation, exploration and high-level discussions.

The event was attended by An Taoiseach, former president Mary Robinson and by many leading figures in business, politics, economics, healthcare, education and culture.

Arcana worked closely with Ashoka to create a brand and a strategy that would attract high level participants to the event. This included defining mission and purpose, creating communication design and executing an advertising and press campaign. Together we devised an event programme that would run over several venues across Dublin and be refreshing and different and yet designed to achieve real tangible results. This was not going to be a talking shop. This was to be an event where ideas were developed, decisions made and action taken.
