Arcana were contracted to design and deliver all creative elements to the Staging of the World Meeting of Families programme in the RDS Main Arena and The Papal Mass in the Phoenix Park Celebrated by Pope Francis . This included the design and construction of Stages and Altars for both venues. Arcana were also responsible for all production, management, back stage accreditation, sound, lighting, screens, dressing and the daily programming of all stage activities, including all Artists, Speakers and activity taking place on stage, back stage and the immediate area around the stage at both The RDS Main Arena and the Phoenix Park Main Stage/Altar.
Arcana collaborated with Liturgical Concelebrants, Vatican Officials, Artists and Companies throughout the world in the months leading up to the festival to help produce and present a highly professional and seamless production and management of both events.
